Very cute and welcoming shop. I had a breakfast sandwich and yummy chai tea latte while I did a video call with some friends (using headphones and keeping my speaking volume reasonable of course). Great wifi! Love all the art supplies available and there's plenty of fun art to look at while you relax with a beverage. Cute, clean bathroom.

Prefacing this by: I don't usually go out of my way to go to restaurants, much less coffee shops. I am usually a coffee at home person. I will be making the drive downtown for Studio Cafe. I loved the furniture, the old cash register, typing on the typewriter. The selection of games was FANTASTIC in my opinion even though we didn't play any of them today and I found 2 books to add to my "to read" pile. That alone would be great, but then the range of art supplies for customer use was amazing! I can't wait to go back.

A unique, fun coffee shop! Art, board games, and great quality coffee (with unique homemade syrups). Everyone was so nice and helpful. On Saturday, people came in to play live music at 10 and then it got very busy (long line, no tables up front, a little overstimulating) but it was nice to find a little corner and take it in. Overall, very fun and yummy

I tried this cafe for the first time yesterday. When you walk in it feels like you are walking in to a warm hug! I loved all of the artwork, the lighting, the tables, even the wallpaper in the bathroom. I don't drink coffee so I decided to go with a hot chocolate. It came with real whipped cream and chocolate sauce on top. And a big spoon. Yum.

This place is pretty special. My first time coming the owner was very patient while I perused the menu. New places can be very overwhelming, but I have always felt welcomed. I tried queer art club that day and immediately texted my best friend after about all the kind people I met. Since then, I have come back for the tasty treats (including gluten free options) and sense of community. This past weekend I tried queer board game night and felt gratitude for a safe space to decompress with friends and new faces. I haven’t found anything like this space since moving here from Georgia 4 years ago. It brings me a lot of joy to see people of all ages sharing their creations. Most days I feel too busy and overwhelmed to create something, with thoughts like, This isn’t good enough. I feel like in this space that’s not the point. I would not call myself an artist by any means, but recently after being inspired by the art surrounding me I used their oil pastels to try to get some emotions out of my system. (Fueled by a very delicious iced mocha, I must add!) Thank you to Studio Cafe and to our community for coming together in this way. I think we really need each other right now. I genuinely don’t feel like my words are doing the emotions that this place invokes enough justice. Just… go! :)

I just moved to Duluth yesterday and wanted to try something local. They had live music tons of arts and crafts stuff. Amazing coffee and food! The staff were so nice I will be back. I had a meat burrito and iced vanilla latte for reference. My friend also tried their chocolate croissant thing which was very good and I hate chocolate in my breakfast but would recommend.

Such a wonderful place to relax or meet up with friends. The life music is amazing! Bearing their stories and getting authentic songs was great. The stand out and main reason I went was for the art supplies! Being able to water color and draw was sick. With all the art on the walls too this place is an artists dream or for anyone who enjoys the world of art as songs, drawings, or paintings

You would think I am giving this place a 5 star review because their coffee is fantastic, they have an awesome selection of treats including gluten free options, the customer service is EXCELLENT (the owner is a sweetheart) or because their banana toasty is my new addiction. All of those are good reasons but in all actuality i am writing this review because the bathroom has free feminine hygiene products beautifully displayed in a basket. It's the small things that matter.

I am so glad I stumbled upon this cafe. The ambiance is lovely, with community art covering the walls and lots of seating. The staff is lovely, and most importantly the coffee and food is amazing. I got an almond latte and a pesto turkey sandwich and both were perfection. The sandwich portion is large and the flavors and ingredients are perfectly balanced. The almond syrup is delicious. Do yourself a favor and stop in here.
